We present quality purchase options for 1031 exchangers. We provide certain marketing and referral services related to the sale of real property. We promote Central Oregon commercial properties on behalf of their owner/sponsors. We provide the in-depth property and transaction information buyers need to make informed choices for their replacement properties. By utilizing flexible TIC (Tenants-In-Common) ownership structures, the properties we promote offer income producing investment choices for the small, mid-size and larger 1031 property exchanger.

We are not Realtors. We do not list properties on the Multiple Listing Service, assist with sale closings, or perform any other broker function. We are not accommodators and take no intermediary role in any transaction.
